Restorative Bed Yoga

Get cozy with a slow yoga practice to infuse rest into your nervous system. Great to relieve stress or tension to prepare your body to wind down for the evening. We’ll be using props around your home to support you during this passive session.

What You’ll Need:

  • Multiple sets of pillow, cushions, or blankets

  • Bed or yoga mat

  • Comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing (recommendation)
