Events / Workplace

  • Yoga Sessions

    Virtually, In-Person

    A personalized session of yoga designed for the needs of your community, employees, or group in mind. Choose from sessions of varying durations to get your group moving to increase mobility, cultivate presence and focus, and to relieve stress. Sessions can incorporate mindfulness activities, meditation, and tension release practices based on the experience and intention you envision. Yoga styles include: Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Pranayama.

  • Meditation Sessions

    Virtually, In-Person

    Imagine the impact 20-30 minutes of compassionate awareness and grounding could have to prepare your group mentally, physically, and emotionally for the day ahead or ending. Sessions feature mindful meditation rooted in Buddhist practices such as gratitude, metta (loving kindness), body scans, breathwork, and experiential visualizations. Erica incorporates elements of ambient music, sound meditation, or simply meditation in silence.

  • Mindfulness Sessions

    Virtually, In-Person

    Gift your special group with the gift of awareness through a personalized mindfulness workshop. Experiences can include a focus on empowerment, reflection through journaling, practing gratitude, unlocking creativity, or equipping individuals with self care tools to name a few. Durations can range from 30 mintues to 3-hours of training. What’s the topic you want to focus on?

  • Sound Meditation / Sound Baths

    In-Person Only

    The creation of a soundscape as a focal point and remedy to calm the body and mind. Sessions begin with a systematic body scan (Yoga Nidra), mindful meditation, and/or visualization meditation. Sound bath with swinging chimeSound bath with swinging chime. Can be a full session experience, part of a mindful experience, or the conclusion to a session.

Private Sessions

  • One-to-One

    Virtually, In-Person

    Your time, your practice. Every session centers on you, offering mindful practices tailored to support your unique journey. Each session acknowledges where you aim to go, where you wish to pause, and how you’re feeling in the moment. Our time together will help me better understand which practices resonate with you leading to exploration to help you better understand yourself.

  • Duo or Group

    Virtually, In-Person

    Private sessions are personalized for your dynamic duo, group, or organization. Choose your preferred duration, frequency, and practices to bring you together towards a common intention. I’ll be your guide, consultant, or the facilitator of a workshop style session. How can I help?

  • Reiki

    Virtually, In-Person

    Hands-on, hands hovering, or reiki at a distance. Techniques will be used to guide universal life force energy through your body to release blocked energy in support of relaxation, healing, and balance. Can be facilitated as Restorative Reiki as seen in image above to incorporate yoga and/or conclude your session with a sound bath of chimes.

  • AURA HOME Tidying

    Breathe new life into a space or room in your home with a mindful approach. A strategy is created to identify the desired energy and style of the space, your habits or obstacles, stages of tidying, organization based on your workflow, and tips to maintain the finished results.

  • In Studio

  • Insight Timer

    Guided Meditation Library

    A collection of guided meditation, mindful activities, and sound recordings lead and created by Erica on Insight Timer, the best meditation app with the world's largest FREE library.

  • AURA Circles

    Themed

    A virtual space for education, discussion, and integration of a select topic. Participate by sharing your voice or listening to hold space. After discussions, we move into a supportive practice such as a mindfulness activity, journal reflection, or guided meditation to integrate what has come up for you in your mind, body, and heart.

  • AURA Circles

    Pop Up Celebratory Circles

    Additional circles offered on occasion as an event or ceremony to celebrate natural phenomena (moon, sun, and earth) such as the event of a New Moon, Full Moon, Spring/Fall Equinox, Summer/Winter Solstice, or a shared affinity of some sort. These sessions include reflection, journalling, guided meditations, card readings, or other practices related to the theme.
