Mindfulness Activity: Candle

Like a moth to a flame that burns by the fire. Gently bring stillness into your body with this trataka meditation. Benefits include strengthening the muscles around the eyes, improved sleep, improved concentration and, mental stability.

Please Bring:

  • A candle with a container that allows you to see the flame from the side. Or, I’ll have a candle you can watch

  • Match or lighter

New Platform:

I am trialing out a new platform called vstudio. Best results if launching the session using Chrome (74 and above) as a browse on your computer. The platform is also compatible with Safari (12.1 and above) or Firefox (66 and above).
