BIPOC Morning Meditation

A 20-min meditation to invite awareness, clarity, and focus to your week.

This is held through the The Mango Groove, a series of meditation gatherings created by my mentor Natalie Matias. On a bi-weekly basis, I offer guided BIPOC Morning Meditations on Mondays with music.

Please keep in mind that this space is specifically catered to individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour (BIPOC).

The Mango Grove is a place to sit and connect inwards with the higher self through meditation, It’s a place to meet the complexities of being human and co-existing on this earth with compassion, courage and grace. The Mango Grove is an ode to Natalie’s philippine cultural heritage and their love affair with mangoes. Culturally, they consume both sweet, ripe mangoes and sour, unripe mangoes; a lesson in appreciating all shapes and form of life’s abundance. This offering is dedicated to her mother, Perlita Matias Pilapil.
