This fluid session is all about mindfulness in motion as we move through cooling stretches that keep us low on the mat. Abstract elements of embodied yoga, energy medicine techniques, and breathwork are incorporated to help you re-connect with your body and to generate an earthy feel of grounding.

Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended
