Salute to the Sun: Two-Part Yoga Workshop

​​A two-part Saturday workshop to learn three traditional yoga pose sequences and ways to customize them for your very own personal practice

Together we’ll deconstruct and practice three traditional yoga pose sequences known as Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) over two Saturdays virtually on Zoom from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM ET.

Part 1: Sat August 6 - Sun Salutation A&B

Part 2: Sat August 13 - Sun Salutation C (or Classical)

All are welcome! Whether you are new to yoga, have an interest in deepening your knowledge of poses and flows, or are looking for a way to get into (or back into) a regular personal practice.

Register for the two-part full workshop or just a single day. And join live or access a 48 hr recording to re-watch or to watch later if you are unable to attend live

    • Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended

    • Welcome to do any desired warmups prior to the session.

    • Optional props like yoga blocks or books to place hands on for support during folds or twists

    • Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band

    • Best to eat after the session

  • Can’t make it live or want to join again? After the session, you’ll receive an email with details on how to access the 48 hr recording. Video expires at 11:59 PM ET on the final day.

  • An agreement to the ‘Listen to Your Body’ Waiver is mandatory before completing any session. The waiver is available for you to read now or during the reservation process.
