Soul Flow

Slow, soulful movement session

Fluid flow and cooling stretches keeping us low on the mat. This 60-min session incorporates elements of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga to help generate an earthy feeling of grounding and sensuality through the sounds of R&B, afrobeats, or electronic music.

Restorative Yoga

Cozy, prop-based session

Get cozy with a slow 60-min practice to infuse rest into your nervous system. Great to relieve stress or tension to prepare your body to wind down for the evening. This Restorative Yoga session includes elements of Yin, Yoga Nidra, and breathwork to the sounds of ambient music.

Power Flow

Upbeat, energizing vinyasa session

An upbeat, energizing 60-min Vinyasa Yoga flow to invoke your inner power. This session consists of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and elements of functional Pilates movement and breathwork. Expect a playlist you’ll want to dance to!
