With the new release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever this month, I thought this would be the best time to celebrate and move to poses inspired by our late King, the Dora Milaje, other inspiring characters of Wakanda, and new characters. Since this will be the the day after the premiere, no worries there will be NO SPOILERS.

We’ll be warming up to Dora Milaje-style training with your choice of dowel, broomstick, or strap for shoulder mobility and moving into a warrior-worthy flow. Designed for all levels and ages (yes adults, that means you can bring your kids). Guaranteed to be a nerd’s dream!

As a lover of Marvel since childhood, Erica has curated this imaginative fan experience that taps into the very magic of the Marvel universe. With all the benefits of yoga, we become the very heroes we adore cultivating a feeling of empowerment and joy for anyone who joins.

  • Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended

  • Welcome to do any desired warmups prior to the session.

  Can’t make it live or want to join again? After the session, you’ll receive an email with details on how to access the 2 day recording. Video expires at 11:59 PM ET on the final day.

• Waiver

  An agreement to the ‘Listen to Your Body’ Waiver is mandatory before completing any session. The waiver is available for you to read now or during the reservation process.

• How to Pay By E-Transfer

  • E-Transfers cannot be taken online, so you will have to send an e-transfer separately

  • Once applied, you can proceed without payment to ‘Complete Appointment’.
