Rediscover and reclaim your body through mindful physical movement and breath connection. A post-lineage Yoga practice for the new to yoga or practicing yogi practitioner. Cultivate the courage to be present. All levels welcomed.
As a new BCTO Instructor, Erica will be facilitating a 60-minute Vinyasa flow infused with the heart of music and entwined with elements of mindfulness. Come with a sticky mat and welcome to bring a blanket, yoga blocks, strap, or equivalents ready for the session.
