WELLNESS STUDIO: The Villij

Ideal for the days when you need to feel more connected. Be still offers an intentional practice that connects movement and breath. This class begins with a gentle vinyasa flow to prep and warm up the body, before ending off with soft longe held poses for a deeper stretch.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

Class is taught with music.

Includes a yoga mat and supportive props for your practice.
