WELLNESS STUDIO: The Villij

Ideal for when you need deep relaxation. This Yin session will target deep tissues within the body. You can expect to rely on your body to hold poses and explore how to navigate the edges of discomfort within the body and mind.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

Class is taught with music.

Includes a yoga mat and supportive props for your practice.
