A 20-min meditation to invite awareness, clarity, and focus to your day.

This guided session explores elements of mindfulness and meditation to go inward. Types of meditation include visualization, focused, body scan, metta (loving-kindness), reflection (gratitude, journaling, scripting), oracle card pulls, sound bath, mantra, and movement meditations.

  • An agreement to the ‘Listen to Your Body’ Waiver is mandatory before completing any session. The waiver is available for you to read now or during the reservation process.

  • E-Transfers cannot be taken online, so you will have to send an e-transfer separately
