Slowly embracing the mark of a new season with mindful movement, restorative yoga, journaling, and inspiration this fall equinox.
A pre-recorded guided ceremony in celebration of the Fall Equinox (or Autumnal Equinox), the official first day of fall in the northern hemisphere. Fall is a time of slowness as we begin to see trees loose leaves, colours change, and the temperature drop. It's time to turn a new leaf with new intentions and move towards embracing the coziness and unraveling nature of this new energy.
Imagine this... you press play and we begin with a grounding meditation and mindful movement in the form of vinyasa yoga to the sounds of the alternative indie Spotify playlist provided capturing the moodiness of the fall. As the sunsets over your city, you embrace rest and stillness with the support of props during an ambient Restorative Yoga practice. And press pause to get even cozier journaling with a cup of herbal tea in reflection and setting intentions for the new season with some guidance from spirit.

AURA Circles are an event or ceremony to celebrate natural phenomena (moon, sun, and earth) such as the event of a New Moon, Full Moon, Spring/Fall Equinox, Summer/Winter Solstice, or a shared affinity of some sort. And on a monthly basis, circles are a space for education, discussion, and integration of a select topic.
