Chill and relaxing, this class is a time of self care and balance. Ease into a mellow, yin inspired experience that focuses on stretching, fascial release, spinal mobility, breathwork, and self massage. During this class, simple breath techniques are used to regulate the nervous system and allow for deeper relaxation. It's the perfect opportunity to rest and reconnect with yourself after a busy day. Like many of our classes at Jaybird, this non-traditional workout is done by candlelight in an infrared heated room.
