Use this 30-min session to ground, reset, and deepen your meditation practice with the felt support of others virtually. Tap into this intentional community or sangha from Buddhist and Yoga traditions.
Please keep in mind that this space is specifically catered to individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour (BIPOC).
