A slower paced yoga practice designed to help "chill" your nervous system and relax your body and mind. Move through foundational postures with added breathwork and meditation. Cultivate the courage to be present. All levels welcomed.
As a BCTO Instructor, Erica will be facilitating this 60-minute class infused with the heart of music and entwined with elements of mindfulness. All props including yoga mat will be provided for the in-studio class.
