In-Person Session: For Parkdale and Toronto Yogis
An upbeat energizing, 30-min vinyasa flow to the sounds of reggae with an added 15 minutes dedicated to elements of breathwork or meditation.
The session will consist of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and close with a dedicated Pranayama (breathwork) and/or meditation practice.
Weather Conditions
Weather permitting due to the nature of an outdoor session. An email will be sent out 2 hours before if the session will be rescheduled.
Small Session
Only a few spots available. The intention of this session is a small group of friends practicing yoga together outdoors. While practicing outdoors, you acknowledge that Erica is not responsible for noise, distractions, or conditions of the public space. General Area: Sunnyside/Parkdale, at Lakeshore
A small, green space of willow trees beside to the parking lot of Palais Royale banquet hall
The space is located between Palais Royale (west) and the tennis courts of The Boulevard Club country club (east).
There is no exact address or park name so I’ve pinned the area visually (Map 1) below and isolated the general coordinates through the clickable Google maps (Map 2) below
I will be setup closer to the parking lot of Palais Royale and towards the back of the space, closer to the water for some privacy

What you’ll need:
Yoga Mat (preferred) for standing, kneeling, and seated poses
Bottle of water to stay hydrated
Towel to lay on yoga mat (optional)
Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended
