An upbeat energizing, 30-min vinyasa flow to the sounds of R&B, afrobeats or electronic music.
The session will consist of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and elements of breathwork.

What you’ll need:
Yoga Mat (preferred) for standing, kneeling, and seated poses
Or a padded surface with non-slip bottom or free space on the floor at your own discretion
Optional props like yoga blocks, cushions, or blanket for support during folds or twists
Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band
Comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing (recommendation)
