Come chill out for this two-part meditation series where we’ll explore four types of meditation. Our first class introduces mindful movement with sound and flows into practices focused on our breathe.

And be sure to sign up for the second class on February 23 where we’ll focus on mindful meditation using our senses followed by reflection.
