Power (Yoga)

An upbeat, energizing 45-min Vinyasa flow to invoke your inner power. The session will consist of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and elements of breathwork. Options will be provided for each pose to help you choose your preferred level of intensity. Playlist styles include R&B, afrobeats, electronic, dance, pop, or ambient music.

Energy Exchange:

  • You can pay by credit card or e-transfer

  • Details for the e-transfer will be in your confirmation email for privacy reasons

  • Welcome to sent your e-transfer before or after the session

What you’ll need:

  • Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended

  • Welcome to do any desired warmups prior to the session.

  • Optional props like yoga blocks or books to place hands on for support during folds or twists

  • Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band

  • Best to eat after the session
