An upbeat energizing, 30-min vinyasa flow to the sounds of R&B, afrobeats or electronic music.
The session will consist of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and elements of breathework.

Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended. Welcome to do any desired warmups prior to the session.
