Power Yoga 30

An upbeat energizing, 30-min vinyasa flow to the sounds of R&B, afrobeats or electronic music.

The session will consist of a continuous flow of poses for a warming and higher intensity practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and elements of breathework.

Exchange:

  • Pay What You Wish, sliding scale from $0-20

  • E-transfers can be sent before or after the session

  • More details will be provided after reserving your spot

What you’ll need:

  • Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended. Welcome to do any desired warmups prior to the session.

  • Optional props like yoga blocks or books to place hands on for support during folds or twists

  • Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band
