Soul Yoga 30

A slow, 30-min flow to the sensual sounds of R&B, afrobeats, or electronic music.

This fluid session is all about mindfulness in motion as we move through cooling stretches that keep us low on the mat. Abstract elements of embodied yoga, energy medicine techniques, and breathework are incorporated to help you re-connect with your body and to generate an earthy feeling of grounding.

Exchange:

  • Pay What You Wish, sliding scale from $0-20

  • E-transfers can be sent before or after the session

  • More details will be provided after reserving your spot

What you’ll need:

  • Wearing comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing is recommended

  • Optional props like yoga blocks, cushions, or blanket for support during folds or twists

  • Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band
