Soul (yoga)

This slow, soulful, and fluid 45-min session is all about mindfulness in motion as we move through repetitive mini vinyasa flows and cooling yin stretches that keep us low on the mat. Abstract elements of embodied yoga, energy medicine techniques and breathwork are incorporated to help you re-connect with your body and to generate an earthy feel of grounding. Playlist styles include the sensual sounds of R&B, afrobeats, electronic, or ambient music.

    • Yoga Mat (preferred) for standing, kneeling, and seated poses

    • Or a padded surface with non-slip bottom or free space on the floor at your own discretion

    • Optional props like yoga blocks, cushions, or a blanket for support during folds or twists

    • Optional props like a strap, scarf or resistance band

    • Comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing (recommendation)

    • Best to eat after the session

  • An agreement to the ‘Listen to Your Body’ Waiver is mandatory before completing any session. The waiver is available for you to read now or during the reservation process.

    • E-Transfers cannot be taken online, so you will have to send an e-transfer separately
