The Everyday Mindfulness Auracle: Soul Sessions is a curated series of 90-minute experiences featuring four mindful activities from the Everyday Mindfulness Auracle, a 30-card mindfulness deck designed to rekindle your connection with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.
Under the guidance of Erica Gittens, the creator of the deck and a mindfulness guide, you will delve into the intention behind each card. These cards are designed to inspire you with ideas for living a more mindful life and help you discover the mindful practice that resonates with you on a soul level. This session is a great intro to mindfulness or a re-commitment to your practice.
Join this intimate in-person session from the cozy, high vibe studio of Lost & Found Healing located at 557 Parliament St, Toronto, ON. The main intersection is Wellesley St East & Parliament in Cabbagetown.

Bring your own mat (BYOM) for sitting and/or movement
