The Everyday Mindfulness Auracle: Soul Sessions is a curated series of 90-minute experiences featuring four mindful activities from the Everyday Mindfulness Auracle, a 30-card mindfulness deck. These cards are designed to inspire you with ideas for living a more mindful life and help you discover the mindful practice you are most in need of on a soul level.
In Session 1 of the series, we'll explore the benefits of meditation to ground us through breath and focus, movement to help us feel into our bodies again, and go within to witness our inner child who needs our compassionate attention.
Soul Sessions are an excellent intro to anyone curious about mindfulness or to re-commit to an existing practice. Sessions will be held multiple times a year to give new (and returning) individuals an opportunity to delve deeper into the intention behind each card under the guidance of Erica Gittens, the creator of the deck.
